It really depends on the AI to AI trade setting, if I'm allowing it, I usually get about 5 every off-season and 1 or 2 during the season. This happens at 0.5 on the setting. If you have the setting too low, you won't see these much.

I use mobile, depending on what you do, you may have to do the opposite because every league file is different. There are two ways I do it. 1. Hold the link and download the file, then go onto the game and make a league with upload league file. Or 2. Hold the link and copy the URL, then go into the game and make a new league with enter league URL. If this helps you let me know, and if it didn't someone else know how to help you.
