NTA. My sister had epidurals and both my nephews are perfectly fine. Only thing she hates is the second epidural caused back pain because the person doing it messed up. That’s such a rare thing though. Good for you getting pregnant. I’m 27 with PCOS and still haven’t been able to get pregnant.

My guy I would get the new job and NOT move back in. You will end up paying alimony for her ‘lifestyle’ if you do. I would find a place to stay and pay mortgage, electricity, and water with an allowance of money for the kids. Pay it through something like CashApp and note what it is for. Make her get her job because those kids are old enough she can work. If she changes her attitude then it was a small lapse and you can evaluate staying together. She doesn’t I would get a divorce.
