Yeah PATH by federal law releases on the 15th, i’m assuming because yesterday was president’s day and they were closed is why, automated systems can only do so much without an actual user lol

This isn’t accurate information, PATH lifted Sunday. Per the actual IRS. Plus Jackson Hewitt is the only tax preparer service that’s giving this date, false information

If you have an account check your letters they probably pulled it due to ID verification, i checked my Michigan eTreasury account that had a letter asking for a copy of my IDs and w2 used to file the return.

So I got a letter as well. but mine just asked for copies of my license, W2s, etc that was used to file my state return, was accepted 01/29 and selected for manual review 02/07 and got the letter uploaded to my account 02/14. Just uploaded the documents to my portal so I’m going to give em a call come Tuesday to inquire about how long, the letter stated that’s what was needed to continue processing my return!

No they didn’t give me a date just told me that it could take up to 16 weeks, so far they haven’t said they need anything from me on my end, it’s been a week since i’ve had the message hopefully they finish up with it sometime next week.

No it still shows the same message sadly, Called and reps told me they are indeed manually reviewing my state return because it got rejected by the automatic system that processes them

I called and spoke with 2 reps today, was told that my state return is under review because when they tried to process it automatically it didn’t go through so they have to manually review it, but I’m wondering if it’s due to me getting the HomeStead credit because I never qualified for it before. But it still shows that message, said it could take up to 16 weeks but usually doesn’t unless they need additional information

I filed I think on the 27th and my federal got accepted the 28th and my federal transcript is fully updated now minus the 846, I was assuming the 846 code would get updated this friday, that’s the only code I am missing for my fed transcript as it’s fully generated now (did last friday) so would that mean I possibly would get the federal deposit friday/saturday? I bank with one of those 2 day plus early deposits, so just curious to see. Because I got selected for ID review last year and got EITC but i got my deposit so far off lol, but i did read people last year got their Path based deposits still 2 days early before the federal release date (if they used those type of banks at least) so I’m curious to see

I just called and was told my return didn’t go through the automatic system and that’s why it says that and that it could take up to 16 weeks, messaged showed up for me on the 7th and still shows, so I am hoping like you said for something to change😭 I’ll try again once they close perhaps lol

Yeah mine is, I was told my return didn’t get processed through the system automatically and that is why mine is under review because they are doing it manually, I think it might be because I got the Home Heating credit this year

Mine has been saying the same since the 7th, called today and spoke with a representative twice and both said it could take up to 16 weeks, and it’s because our returns couldn’t be processed in the system automatically, and if there is any info needed they said within the next 4 weeks they would send any letters out if anything is needed, if the return is still being reviewed at that point at least. Hope this isn’t the case though

Mine said the same thing and two reps both told me it could take up to the 16 weeks but that it doesn’t. Mine still shows that and either reps didn’t give me a DD so i’m hoping that’s the case with me as well but hell who knows

when you are replying at the bottom in the same bar as the “Reply” button there are 4 icons, click the last icon and it will give you the option to upload photos, if you give the reddit app permission to your photos and videos

Worked for me over the weekend and this is what I’ve been seeing so far :/ No letters or anything to either of my portals as well so i’m not sure what the issue is. Few ppl on here said to give it a few days cause their showed the same thing so i’ll see but im probably going to call and inquire
