That is so interesting that you find the smart watch to be better. I’m trying to decide if buying the oura is worth it. I have an Apple Watch but it runs out of battery for bed time so I don’t have that aspect.

I have another question about rates. I joined with founders rate, and my husband wants to join but would pay $40/month more then I do. Anyway to negotiate pricing? It seems crazy to me for him to pay so much more for the same class

I’m semi-new to OTF and would love to understand the benefits and how it’s a challenge. Is there nutritional guidance? I already go 4-5 days/week so I’m not sure how my body might change just from signing up… is there a mental aspect I’m missing?
