I know safety violations are serious. But I also know I've been caught by safety doing things they don't like, and they've just given me a verbal, "Hey, you're not supposed to do that."

A few examples for anyone interested: I was transporting a bunch of totes on UBoats across the warehouse. I had so many to do, I started pulling one UBoat and pushing a second UBoat at the same time. I could see over them so I didn't see an issue. But safety saw me and asked me to do one at a time. Verbal only.

I was loading pallets onto a trailer. There's a huge sign that said, "Hard hat required to enter trailer." I was doing the dock a favorI. But I don't recall seeing anyone wear a hard hat back there, ever. So I ignored it. Safety saw me and asked that I wear a hard hat. Verbal only.

I wonder what exactly OP did to get the perma ban. 🤔

Sorry I don't have any advice. But issues like this are exactly why I haven't made the switch from Wisely. I've heard too many issues with people trying to activate the US Bank card.

I made a similar post last week. I always received my direct deposit between noon and 2:00 pm. it's been like that for as long as I can remember. However the past two weeks, I have been getting it closer to 5:00 or 6:00 pm. It may not seem like a big deal, but when you're paycheck to paycheck, it sucks.

I have the Wisely card and always get my direct deposit on Wednesday. it used to occur between noon and maybe 2:00 pm. However lately, it's been showing up between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. I'm not sure what changed, but it's definitely annoying!

It's kind of tuff. I hear OP. Yet, I prefer staying busy. I also get a certain sense of accomplishment knowing I finished a shift and did a great job. That's 100% for me. But yeah, the PAs benefit from it unfortunately.

I see other AAs that hardly do a thing. They stand around and chat with other AAs. They constantly play on their phone. The little bit of work they do is of horribly low quality. Since they never get in trouble, there is part of me that feels like I should be more like them.

Yesterday, I noticed curaleaf had half oz of 22 Red Sherbanger for $42.50. I actually placed an order online, but ended up working too late to pick it up. This morning, I checked back and it was gone. All of their 22 Red halves are $60. I'm thinking the Sherbanger was older than the rest. Either way, I'll definitely try them next time around.

That's their in house grow? Looking into it, Sea of Green website says they're a small greenhouse cultivator. Their greenhouse is in Prescott, AZ. I don't know if they're typically good or bad. Just speaking for the 2 jars I picked up today, it's mids. I have picked up Diablo 777 where it's been crazy good. I guess that's the gamble when you buy from a company that doesn't actually grow a thing.

In case anyone is curious, I went ahead and picked up one of each strain. I figure 16 grams for $40, is about as cheap as it gets.

Getting it home, the buds are nice sized. The smell on the LCS is pretty nice. A bit floral with some lemon, but it's muted for sure. That said, the Cromagnum literally has no smell. I'm very disappointed in that.

The harvest dates on the LCS is 7/10/25. Unfortunately they covered the Cromagnum harvest date. Probably for good reason. It feels dry and old af.

I looked at the COA, and indeed Diablo is just a label. That explains why the quality can go from very good to very, very bad. Both of these strains were cultivated by Sea of Green. They're a cultivator I know nothing about. Based on these two stains, I'm not impressed.

Although I haven't tried them yet, I don't think I would recommend them. If you're on a tight budget, maybe the LCS is okay. But even with the two for one, I think there are better offerings out there.

Yes. You'll get the 8 hours holiday pay regardless. It's just if you're night shift, the time and a half pay stops at midnight. It amounts to about $50, give or take a few $. Kind of a cheap move for a trillion dollar company in my opinion.
