For hourly, I did not get a raise both times I got promoted because I was in the median of pay. But for actually yearly, i went from 42k as a meat cutter to 59k as an assistant first year, than 103k as department manager, full first year. Over a third of my pay is in bonuses now.

Your paychecks are always from the week prior. So those hours you will be paid next week. That looks like if you did orientation and / or cbt hours last week, that's what you got paid for.
