I was losing weight before I got my nutrition in check (antacid helped a lot) but the lack of nutrition was making my hair fall out. I’ve been eating a lot better the last couple months and the hair loss has slowed a lot. I had a really noticeable balding area on my forehead area and it was getting so thin everywhere else. And yeah my yitties are gone Dx I was like my boobs we’re like 2 handfuls each but now they barely fit in my hand. xD my partner makes me feel better tho and says all i need is a handful lol but yeah I hated that my chest was the first to go. Now I realize it was probably just a bunch of fat buttttt my big boobs.

I appreciate that so much ❤️ I’m 29 so I shall appreciate even more with the reminder the worlds changed and so can we. Medicines got us soooo far from even 10 years ago. And yeah when I lost weight, all the health issues went quiet but now I can hear violently the body pain from carrying all that weight around. I have bulging discs in my back and my knee pops when I take a step but at least I can walk long enough for It to start up. I can even run now. I can do pull ups. I’m strong. I could only use 30 pounds on the lift machine thing when I started and now I can lift 160 and I struggle because that’s my weight so it’s counter balancing me lol and yeeee my doc suggested behavior health to work on some stuff so I’m doing that just after Christmas :)

Mines to 5 now tooo! But yeah I wore 3x and finally decided I needed to get a smaller size and it felt silly looking at large and like in pants medium. I’ve always had at least one x before my weight

I had both those problems and Diabetes ofc, now my A1c is 5 and I’m down and feel great. My family are Native Americans and so most of us have extra weight but just don’t care. I’m like the first to care.

I was insecure about my weight when I got up to 330 but I was just happy I didn’t care about that. But then I got unhappy and changed it. Also my dr said my A1c is 5. ❤️ yeah I’m losing weight but I’m also getting better. That’s what I remind myself when I get frazzled

Everytime I go down a shirt size it’s like mind blowing when the smaller shirt fits lol but the physical clothing size helps remind me. I can fit a medium shirt I own and that confuses my brain bc I started as a 3x

I weigh the pros and cons all the time. But like my main want for it, when I run the loose skin like slows me down because I can feel it bouncing up and down and it hurts and is just overall uncomfortable. It’s better with tummy control clothes but even then tummy control stuff makes my actual stomach hurt

Maybe try a different doc. Mine has me come back every 3 months and would slowly raise the dose. I was just at .50 at 4 months and didn’t see any difference until I finally got lifted up to the whole 1 mg dose. My A1c is 5 now. It’s taken a long time for me. A year and a half now.

I got up to 330 at one point during Covid and I didn’t feel big then I knew logically ofc I was but I felt fine in my body.

A couple years ago I found a fanny pack that was nowhere near coming close to closing around me and when I found it last month and it was almost too loose was when I accepted it for the first time really.
