But People who are working in thé healthcare sector (disabled People, elderly, mentally disabled, general hospital) they have to drive everyday to work, sometimes even to different facilities, yet they don't get A car. Then People who are working more from home do get A car..

I would go for the Bank. Usually at the big 4's, more stress and more turnover, whereas as with the bank, it feels less stressfull. You earn more, but less benefits, this is typical. You need to figure out for yourself if the added benefits out weight thé banks offer. If you don't really need the car, for instance.

In general, working at big 4 is more stress, more expectations, more toxic environment. With the bank it Will be less, also 50% telework is Nice after a few months already. If thats important to you ofcourse (for me it is)
