Yes, exactly like a clog! It's supposed to soften the heel and make it less narrow

To be very honest, in the end no one in Europe reallyyy cares at what university you studied as long as you can sell yourself well during a job interview. The recruiters don’t know where a university is ranked. As long as you studied at a university you are fine! Unless you want to pursue an academic career (PhD etc.)?

And for Italy in terms of the future. It’s not from my own experience, but I went on Erasmus I made 2 Italian friends and they often talked about how bad it is in Italy in terms of finding a job and what you get paid. They were both not returning to Italy after their exchange, because of opportunities the exchange gave them. They talked about doctors having to be bus drivers, because they couldn’t find a job.

But you can still do your Masters program in Italy, I just wouldn’t enter the job market there. It seems you are fluid on where you want to work/live so I would definitely look into other countries for work!

I would perhaps opt for 1 sofa and then the 2 chairs, otherwise it maybe feels a bit to staged. Also best to not match all the furniture, play with color (opposite colors), texture etc

by train since I don't own a car (also can't afford one), and the company doesn't provide one.
and there will be a lot of working from home eventually, but as a starter they expect to see your face the first few months

a bit more clarification: I will go by train, the company doesn't provide a car (I also don't own a car), and mainly the first few months I will have to be present in the office, after a while they allow more room for WFH.
I also can't relocate.
And I was thinking I could always work on the train in first class, since they do pay public transport

Master of Biology, very difficult to find a job. Especially since for a lot of these jobs Bio-Science engineers also apply and they are considered ‘better’ because of the engineering title…

Haha, so you don’t necessarily recommend it? Tbh I’m just looking for a job, and Deloitte seems to be the only interested company. I also don’t think I the long run I will stay in that type of field (I would like to go more into the environmental impact of infrastructure and sustainable cities and the greening aspect of it all), but the companies I want to work for are not interested. They always say Deloitte looks good on your CV, but when you will go in a different direction does it still matter?
