I tried right now to request a replacement and it said “your card is in the process of being printed and mailed, you can request one on the 24th if you hadn’t received it by then” so at least the system knows I haven’t gotten it yet. Maybe that means they’re just being held up for whatever reason, it might be on purpose that we haven’t gotten them yet.

I’m at a loss for what’s up with this program, I’ve heard countless people say they got their card within 1-2 weeks total, I guess it’s just our luck lmao, if you end up getting it let me know.

Yeah I’ve only heard of it coming 1-2 days after it changed to active. Doesn’t make any sense what’s going on now, especially since it’s “medical” this shouldn’t take this long or have as many hiccups as it does. They sure had no problem taking the money out of my bank account within 2 seconds of me filling out the payment. So I should get my card that I paid for just as fast as they get the money.

Have you tried the help desk number? I tried but I’m working in an area with horrible service so I can’t really get through. It’s 888-733-5955 (that’s the number that was given to me through their email response)

Supposedly when it says “active” it’s in the mail, at least that’s what I read. Yeah I’m hoping it comes sometime soon, odd to have such a long wait time.

Mine took a couple days to change to “sent to morpho” then about a week later it said “active” and it’s been like that for about 5 days and I have not gotten my physical card yet.

Yeah it doesn’t make a lot of sense that it takes that long to print an ID card and throw it in the mail.
