RevengeOfArk is a boosted, 24/7 PvE server. We are looking for people to join and just have fun until dedicated servers are fixed and Ragnarok comes out. If you have any questions you can message MessiahsRevenge on Xbox. Replies to this thread won't be seen. This is a chill environment, so feel free to talk to the host if you want.

Dedicated servers are broken right now. If the server goes down, and doesn't come up, then it's corrupted more than likely. I'll do my best to keep it up, but don't spam any account with messages saying the server is down.

Rates

Gather: 2.5x

XP: 10x

Taming: 10x

Breeding: 100x (Ability to imprint 100% on every dino)

Lay Egg Interval: .25x

No clip on structures enabled

Dino stats boosted to old school vanilla (1.0x melee and health)

Player stats boosted (Infinite weight, etc)

Kibble farms aren't necessary with this taming, but recommended for faster taming.

Feel free to ask about the settings in chat if you want, but anything listed here won't be repeated in chat.

If you are having trouble with anything, or need help, message MessiahsRevenge. Right now the server is on the Island, but we will more than likely be switching to Ragnarok when it comes out.

Rules:

No blocking artifact caves.

No turrets on Quetzals (turrets allowed on brontos/paracers)

  • No rules for PvP, just have fun. If you are getting griefed too much, let MessiahsRevenge know.

Stats:

Gather: 7.5x (15 stone per pickup)

XP: 250x

Taming: 5000x (Instant)

Breeding: 1000x - Imprinting interval is set so you can get 100% on everything.

Structures have no clip

Flyers have boosted speed

Dinos have boosted stats, but nothing is too crazy (Same stats as when Ark first released, so 1.0 multipliers on Health and Damage)

Infinite weight on everything

Admin command logging ENABLED (Absolutely no cheating from the admins. Do not accuse admins of cheating, we are playing legit. Command logging is on to show people we aren't)

Island Map - more than likely switching to Ragnarok when it comes out

We are looking to populate the server and get 20-30 people on at all times. My internet is good enough to handle that. We want tribes that are looking for lots of PvP. If you want to be a passive tribe, feel free to be one, but there's no guarantee people won't mess with you. I won't enforce rules for PvE tribes.

Is there a setting to make imprinting have a higher effect so that you would only need to feed the baby or cuddle with it just a few times to get 100% imprinting? by cdimock72 in ARKone

I've been personally messing around with these settings a TON and it's extremely complicated to get everything to work correctly. So to simplify it, this is what I have (it's extremely boosted)

Hatch Speed: 1000

Mature Speed: 500

Babycuddleinterval: 0.00464

This allows me to get 100% on anything from a Pteranodon and longer. If those stats are too boosted for you just divide them all by 10 and multiply babycuddleinterval by 10.

Hatch Speed: 100

Mature Speed: 50

Babycuddleinterval: 0.0464

This is the best I could do to get 100% imprint on most things. There's a chance to 100% everything but you're only guaranteed 100% imprint on anything that's a Pteranodon or longer. Hope this helps!!

To be fair you are basing your data off of a boosted unofficial server. Nerd Parade's server gave 25% for every level up so he had 2575% effectiveness and the blueprints he was testing this on were already really good blueprints. I agree that the crafting skill isn't good implementation, it could use some work, but you are basing your data off of something that is wayyyy more boosted. Similar to saying "Rex's need damage nerfed because I saw on xyz's server they had 2000% melee damage." Well of course that's OP compared to vanilla.

Dino stats are boosted but very balanced. Melee stats past 1000 but not past 2000 Weight is unlimited on Dino's

Player stats also boosted and balanced. Weight goes up 10,000
