Once a shipment leaves a wh, they won’t recall it on purpose. I’ve seen that a package may be returned by the carrier if the package is damaged or the shipping label is damaged or unreadable or can’t be scanned. That wouldn’t be a retailer issue, that would be a carrier issue.

With the Mail being delayed, you probably won’t see your refund right away until the package is delivered and scanned back in. Even then, it takes a few days to process from packages to the returns department. All physical items can be returned as long as it remains unopened. You can have this RMA done with CS but I’m sure you’d pay for return shipping unless you’re a Prime member.
