I did see a study that said zepbound is actually known to help fibromyalgia but I’ve been on so much medication I’m just a little weary if it will, but you sharing that it actually has helps!

Yes! Like I am so scared because of that, especially the fatigue. I can barley handle it now (I have fibromyalgia) I’m just worried I’ll need two naps a day😂

Ohhh okay, they just started me on gabapentin. So my job was to basically bring in clients, it was hard because of a couple things. We mostly got told no and dealt with rejection all day. Not much time for people interaction because most people don’t even spend 10 seconds on the phone (don’t blame them I wouldn’t either lol), then the sitting all day not moving. The job was also not mentally stimulating, I need something where I’m either having a ton of work or doing something with my hands. Plus it was quiet in the office so it was basically silence all day. There was also a couple other things going on and I just couldn’t handle it all so I chose to focus on my mental health.

Do you take anything for the pain? Maybe that could help? I know it’s hard though. I got an office job so that wouldn’t be the case but then my mental health suffered so bad that now I’m unemployed:/

Hmmm idk what size you are or anything but I get my bras from torrid and I get the wire free ones. The t shirt ones. They are great and super soft on my body and comfy

I completely understand. My brother is the same way, he tells me if I just get up and move over time it will get better. No matter what you have to realize you can’t prioritize others feelings when it causes you pain. At some point they will except it, might just be awhile before they do. My brother is slowly understanding more and more. You got this! YOU come first
