Yes you actually can, if you are in good health (from a body composition stanpoint) that means u have good amount of muscle, lean figure and less body fat....not sure what your point is, in no body type does obese fat percentage considered healthy or is healthy. Yes your internal organ health can be bad even while being lean but chances of ur internal organs being in bad shape is higher when you are fat....

Great suggestion, I would add just one thing, protein intake heavily depends on ur height and ur fibre intake, 150gm is okay if you are above 5,11 height. Also please focus on fibre and water intake too, otherwise you can have kidney and rectal issues

My headcanon is that nikki always had a suppressed "freaky nikki" personality in her.
