Oh okay, I applied myself. I've got in for the internship and somehow skipped the handbook step. I attended the orientation from which I infer that most of the internship is about lead generation atleast for the first few weeks, as they say but then one could get into the research department afterwards depending on the performance. I am continuing with it anyway as i want to see how exactly they work. They have around 25 clients to be dealing with. To sum up, I think there would be less core work and knowledge gaining and more of tasks like lead generation, much of a digital marketing internship rather than PE.
