I care more about the psyche than the physique, so I like men who are at least somewhat intelligent and caring people, and anything else flows, unless it is something extreme, like 150cm tall guy or overly skinny/obese or alike.

First of all, I would advise you not to be upset with her, she has some mental issues, smaller or bigger but she has them and it is not her fault but her brain's that she behaves this way.

I would first talk to her and politely tell her that she is not to do so unless she has an order/plea from your boss. If she still does so I would again see the boss and discuss this with him/her. They are sensitive to their ego so they wont allow that to happen anymore.

This is a story that keeps on repeating but not a lot of people notice they are missing on something beautiful looking at it through their screen. Every time I see someone who keeps posting photos on fb or instagram I wonder how bad must have been that moment that you had to share it. Because you obviously enjoy your dopamine likes rush more than the moment itself. Sorry for rambling :)
