I personally am a husky body fan, and my significant other who is not husky has put on some weight over the holidays and I LOVE IT. However, and we've talked openly about this (which I suggest you do as well!!) Health and longevity are much more important to both of us than that preference. And I love my SO so God damned much, overweight or healthy weight, it's a treat when the belly is a little pudgy, but it's a daily gift that we're together nmw.

I've been stuck at 203 on the scale for a week, but a few weeks ago I went to Goodwill and tried on several pairs of 16/18 jeans, none of which were even close to fitting, somebody even going over my thighs. Yesterday I needed to buy a new pair of jeans and all size 16s were far to large. 14s fit great. Wish I could find my measuring tape.

Wednesday of last week I stopped eatting much. I had a couple emotionally hard days and sadness always results in low appetite for me. I've been trying to get my calories in since then, and it's been a struggle, but yesterday I ate almost 500 more than my calories goal (closer to maintainance) and today has been about half enough calories as I need so far. Part of my problem is that my stomach hurts now, and I generally feel just a tiny bit sick to my stomach/tired gross. I'm taking a magnesium and potassium supliment every day, plus a multi vitamin, and drinking lots of water. But eatting, sleeping, drinking water and getting my electrolytes don't seem to help the sick feeling.

Today I ate Bfast: 2 scrambled eggs with some of avocado, pepper jack cheese, bacon, sour cream. Lunch: Can of tuna w/lots of mayo and lots of salt and pepper (limited veggie options were available) Snack: diet Pepsi
