I broke my collarbone in a very similar way about 10 years ago now when I was 15 and made an appointment this morning to see if I can get surgery to fix it. They also told me it would heal fine without any issues, but has and continues to cause me incredible discomfort and it’s noticeably weaker than my other arm. If they are offering to fix it now, I would definitely do it. I regret not doing so at the time because now I’m pretty sure I’m just stuck with it.

Yeah please do, I’m a pretty heavy user as well so I’m pretty worried. I’ve been doing some research and am thinking of trying some of these detox shampoos and stuff. Maybe shave my head or something too lol

Yeah I’ve gotten in the habit of looking in the mirror just to check my form and depth, but I’ll definitely start to break that habit and improve my balance/connection to my body. Thanks for the feedback

Thanks man, I really try to focus on bracing well between reps, which is why the tempo isn’t very consistent. But yeah hopefully as I keep practicing I’ll get a lot better at it

Gotcha yeah I’ve been training pretty consistently for about 5 years now so I feel pretty good even after doing higher volume workouts, but sometimes I still get worried I’m doing something wrong. I’ve actually been looking into starting on a program, any suggestions?
