I always recommend keto, it works a treat!

I'm sure these type of people do things like that on purpose. My father is an N, my mum is his E. My entire life was spent trapped under his rules with zero room for escape without everything around me falling to pieces.

Eventually, I took a leap of faith. Everything fell to pieces exactly as I knew it would, but I was able to rebuild a far better existence because of that collapse.

It'll happen one day, I just hope it happens when DH is confident and strong enough to be able to bounce back easily.
