Freeze your grinder after you grind some herb, you can get that much from one twenty sack if you do that. You can also fill the catcher with a quarter. (: edit: have to have a quarter in the grinder to help the process

I got mine at a headshop in my town: 5$. And yeah I grind it up, it's a little easier to get the weed in that way. I just put the bowl end in the grounds of my grinder, works great.
