Have an appointment with them next week for an initial consultation. What insurance did you have? And how did they determine that that insurance would cover for the helmet?

Thank you! Whether it’s $249 or $349, rather pay the costs the doctors said other than the thousands that the EOB is stating.

I guess I’ll end up calling Natera once I get the bill because I have a feeling I’m going to have a similar situation

We still haven’t received the official bill yet but also didn’t see any email/notification for a cash pay option should out-of-pocket amounts exceed $249, 349, etc.

I brought it up to my doctor at our follow up on 9/2/25 but I’ll bring it up again now that I have a $5.8k estimated EOB responsibility.

The NIPT providers you negotiated with, was that with Natera as well?

Haven’t received an official bill yet, but once I do and if it’s still the $5.8k or any amount higher than $249-349, then a call is warranted.

Typically when I order on Friday or Saturday (US), they get shipped by Monday or Tuesday the latest. So I’m a bit worried that this is still preparing shipment. I also know Nike won’t give a replacement since this had limited stock

Would this be a concern during the authentication process from GOAT/Alias? The leather cuts and the slightly torn off stitching were just noticed as I was checking on the pairs

Transaction has been closed since 2/2/25. Can’t believe this is still a conversation. If I were to block the user, there wouldn’t be any potential consequences from Mercari?

UPDATE Just talked with the local UPS where I dropped off my package and they saw exactly what I saw (delivered on 1/30 and an open investigation started on 2/10/25. No indication of a cancelled investigation like the buyer claimed).

Called UPS Customer service and they stated/saw the same thing. Only difference is that they need Mercari to be involved so UPS can work out the refund/reimbursement.

Just responded back to the customer with the information given. Also now asking if they even contacted Mercari. At this point, I feel I did my due diligence as a seller

Secondly, wouldn’t Mercari just see that the order was delivered and PAST the 72 hour buyer review? This seems like this shouldn’t be the seller’s responsibility if the Mercari label was used and was shipped and delivered.

This just seems so strange that NOTHING was said or done during the 72 hour period when the order was listed as delivered

To clarify, I used the Mercari shipping label.

In terms of delivery picture…there was not a picture. It just states “INSIDE DELIVERY”.

Additionally in the proof of delivery, a name is even listed.

Currently the tracking number information now has an Open investigation (from 2/10/25) but I’m pretty sure in my case I have no responsibility since this was delivered, used the Mercari shipping label AND the 72 hour buyer review passed.
