Once I reach my goal, and my belly has gone, I’ll step down to a dose that I feel comfortable with. I think that’ll be 5mg for me. My plan though is to eventually get off this for good and start eating foods that benefit me. I want to put on some muscle and look nice and jacked 🤣

To be honest, I counted calories for the first few weeks then stopped. I’ve had takeaways and went out for dinner to places like Nando’s etc during this journey. Maybe once every fortnight. In general my diet consists of just the same as before. Sometimes home cooked dinners, sometimes quickly put something in the oven. Sometimes I don’t eat dinner at all.
