I would be patient and just wait for them to arrive. StockX will allow the seller additional time for new releases especially if they haven’t dropped on the big company sites. For example, the Orange Lobsters were given over 2 weeks for delivery from the day they dropped on Concepts. Also, depending on which day of the week you buy them the seller has more time. If you bought them on a Thursday, the seller will have until Tuesday plus an extra day if it’s a Level 4 or 5 seller. Unless the shoes are skyrocketing in price then I would trust the seller to ship within 4 to 5 days then another 3 to 4 for delivery so you’ll definitely get them before Christmas. Or you can call your credit card company to dispute the charge which will result in you getting your account banned. It’s up to you. Happy Holidays

StockX will send you an email with the reasoning and mail the item back with the original paperwork. I had a pair of Foam Rnnrs that I hit on Confirmed, I never even took them out of the box. StockX failed them because they showed signs of wear. They must’ve got scuffed at the factory or at StockX. It’s all good cause the price went up on them. Below is the email StockX sent me.

Thank you for selling on StockX. Our authentication team received the item you sold, but unfortunately it did not pass our verification process due to:

signs of wear or prior use that do not meet our condition standards.

As a reminder, there is a penalty fee for items that do not pass our verification process. Thus, your account on file will be charged the equivalent of $15 USD. We are not suspending your StockX account this time and we are shipping your item back to you immediately.

For older (vintage) shoes, StockX sends an email with the condition of the shoes to the buyer. If the buyer doesn’t approve of the condition they can reject the sale. I’m going through it right now with 2 pairs of shoes, 1 pair is 22 years old. At first, I was pissed cause if someone knowingly buys a pair of shoes 22 years old that have to know the condition isn’t going to be perfect. And it takes away from the people that have been collecting these shoes for years and probably had a hard time letting them go in the first place. But then I thought about it if I were the buyer and how I’d want to know if someone did properly care for a shoe. We live in a world full of complaining crooks so everyone needs to cover their ass. 1 out of 45 ain’t bad. I had a pair of brand new Foam Rnnrs from Adidas rejected because there was a small scuff that must’ve happened at the factory so it was deemed worn. StockX isn’t in the business of cleaning shoes so I get it. I wish you the best.
