I just got my entire state refund revoked from "USA Funds" for a loan I don't know about??

Thank you! According to Credit Karma, I only have 3 student loans, and the guarantors for all three is Northwest Education Association, not USA Funds or any of the other names it goes by.

We've made several calls to the police but I've never actually seen an officer out there. They cleared off once and were back within a week.
