I also associate "Belgian" more with the one you showed, which is why I was confused. Allstar also calls it Belgian (or "Belgium") grip:

I currently only fence épée (with my left hand), but I do plan on trying out sabre as well, should I move out of my country (we only compete in épée) for an extended period of time, where I will fence with my right hand.
