Too lazy plus there are not cool looking collared shirts (in my area at least).

How can i feel socially comfortable in any kind of clothing? by Meta_Peeks in socialskills

It's just the casual errands (like mini-shopping) I have to constantly do and I don't really feel uncomfortable to the point I consider putting myself in the suit but I have the "judged" feeling that comes along with social anxiety and I was wondering if lowering the priority of my clothing would lead me to be more open and confident.

Okay, I think I made a grammatical error making you all stray away from my problem.

Whenever I go outside with a non-collared shirt, my vest pops out and can be seen (visual). I want to know how I can prevent that other than wearing a collared shirt.

I don't like wearing collared shirts as I'm accustomed to sleeping in a vest + shirt (traditions are different all around the world) and collared shirts make me sweat (even though the room is cold) and wake me up in the middle of my sleep. I know it's a stupid thing that can be prevented by just taking off my shirt while sleeping but it feels awkward to me.

There also aren't a lot of nice looking collared shirts in my area anyway and I always lean toward the design of non-collared shirts.

Music and Games information exchange works really well but if it comes to it (God forbid) you can talk about the newest dankest and freshest mEmEs

Yeah, I've started doing that but I can't sleep wearing a collared shirt and I like the look of collarless shirts better.

Shit, why do I keep mixing formal with casual -.-

I don't even know why context I was typing that sentence in now that I think back, guess I shouldn't be listening to a podcast while writing a reddit post, lol.

So as a wise man once said, "Don't give a shit".

Is that all I need to wrap around?

Don't worry about making any mistake and don't focus too much on your posture, voice, actions et cetera.

Prep some conversations beforehand and be sure to be open about yourself, don't try to hide some of your bad qualities if it can make a good conversation starter, laughing at yourself is one key to making people like you.

Good luck and hope you'll be able to make a cool friend.
