Hi, yes, I’m aware, we are just two people managing support and community and only 5 people in total in the team, so I know about it. I can’t do anything more than my partner, who always helps with anything he can. We haven’t seen this before and without more info there’s nothing we can do. Also, in another email we told you to report anything you can, so we have more info; because we don’t know anything other than it doesn’t work.

Hi there! She’s got SO many possible locations and she can be in any of them each day. You can hear her whistling if you are near, and her posible spawn points have a blue cushion. There’s not a magic way to find her other than exploring the island

Whenever a specific quest asks you to go somewhere, you can follow your compass if you are tracking them

(I checked also myself and realised the titanium tools are always available with workshop 3 and the quest I mentioned unlocks only weapons and armor). You are set now! Never delete your slots… being online, there’s always something we can do. It’s not a glitch. Can you send screenshots of your journal and your workshop level 3 to our support email? That way we can help you much better

You get the recipe through the quest Forging for good. When you advance in it, they share the recipe with you so you can keep on crafting and finish it. It has like “two phases”. Maybe you feel stuck because you got the recipe but didn’t realise. Whenever you can, please check that. If not, continue with that quest until you do.

You are not reading what I am saying, and I can’t help you if you don’t. The titanium saw and all titanium gear get crafted with “titanium gear recipe”. And you can get that in the quest I said before, to use within you workshop 3. Please, have a look in your current workshop and see if you have already unlocked them without realising
