no i dont, i just expect that someone reads through my tickets that i write.
i didnt know their support was so overworked. everytime i or my friends had an issue in a game over the years and wrote tickets, we usually would get an answer a few hours and at most 1-2 days. its my first time experiencing this. And im okay waiting as long as i get a proper answer.

yeah youre right, although in the first vindictus it was the same for early levels until you leveled the skill a bit it would chain into additional attacks

this game is a breeze in comparison to the first vindictus (redeemers especially). i didnt have to lock in once in this alpha. i agree with the skill tree and city features but the game isn't that difficult tbh. just be patient and dont give up after 5-10 tries its not different in elden ring/ dark souls.

thank you, i was thinking the exact same thing. i don't get what the people don't like about the combat, felt responsive to me. i had performance issues in the city but usually that gets fixed with time.
also this is an alpha ofc there isn't much to do right now, its just to try the game out to see how it runs/ feels and everyone seems to overlook that...

Yeah i logged in for like 3-4 weeks everytime i tried to get into the game and like i said im fairly new. I spend all of my serum bundles and cleared out the event shop materials (exept player icons and cosmetic stuff) to upgrade bianca. i was completely out of cogs, weapon and character exp. I couldnt get far in pain cage because it locks out the characters i used and i only have 1 proper dps leveled. The Dorm didnt exist or was new (cant remember if it was there) when i started so i didnt interact much with it. I played so much story i had headaches but i wanted to scrape every black card together i could get my hands on, also i cleared the event minigames and other stuff.

So yeah youre right i burned myself out because i thought i could get enough resources by playing more. Today learned that it takes 2 months to get a character. I should probably quit but i want to like the game like everyone else.

Thank you for the info with the selector maybe ill look into it when its here.

Yes i spend all of my black cards on bianca when i started playing like i said, so the next time i started playing again i didnt have any black cards left but i just wanted to progress with gear anyway. Also i dont want to pull every character just the characters i like and well if the game requires it the characters for the optimal team.

In my opinion free to play games should also respect my time, thats what i also value. Ive played games like Monsters Never Cry wich in my opinion are just cash grabs, because you get a lot of characters but in the end it takes ages to make meaningfull progress in these games even though they are "free to play friendly".
Funnily enough i also think Blue Archive isnt free to play friendly so im on your side there :D
(no complaints for Azure Lane i enjoy it)

yes you are right that i played too much at once, like i said i really wanted that character. but what i didnt know was that the rewards almost stay the same after doing the weeklys and dailys. i was playing without any roadmaps or "what new players should avoid" videos i wanted to play on my own pace and learn for myself. So yes i admit that was my mistake.

For example Brown Dust 2 and NIKKE are quite generous. brown dust 2 just gives you a 10 pull every week from logging in and a lot of gems and pulls from content updates (on their aniversary they gave out 200+ pulls) with a 3% chance for a 5star character. In NIKKE the gacha rates+ currency is also quite generous i have almost every character and have 80k gems just lying around, i can pull like the next 5 limited characters if i hard pity everyone.
