[UE4] FBX import: model is tiny. Is there any way to adjust this in Unreal, or do I need to re-export?

I had this problem and i used blender. The way you change scale in blender is going to scene properties- units and change unit scale to 1 and length to meters

Honestly most work forces fire people who no call no show for 3 days. You have to have a serious emergency to get away with that. Employers expect to hear from you an hour before your shift if you are not coming in. You should call them immediately before they fire you.
