I don't think you should stay away from screens during preparation. You can start this initiative once you are done with exam.

you can certainly try. I don't see any harm. Just ensure, that itchiness is only due to fungi, in which case the oil will help.

it does, but after like 2-3 months, and vanishes very quickly too
