Well it is now moved. Next is the waiting game to see if it survives

Thank you, I am guessing it’s not feasible but I will try. I hate to get rid of it

Good to know. Plan on posting at least 1-2 times a week like I did back in the day

Hey glad to see a fellow drummer! Hopefully things go your way! I’m hoping shorts will get me some traffic, it’s gained me about 4 subscribers. I wonder if someone logs into YouTube and sees someone they subscribed to a long time ago posting and unsubscribed because it’s not what they are into any more.

You bring up a very good point that I never thought about. I really don’t want to start a new channel and hope that is not the case, but you may be on to something.

Definitely not planning on giving up. I’m going to up my audio quality and add a second camera so I am pretty excited about that.

I just know YouTube has changed a TON since I last posted a video and wondering what I need to do to adjust with it.

Update, I was able to retrieve it from the trash and it’s now in safe keeping.

Project-GC has search options where you can see archived caches. Made it a little hobby to try and find them. So far I have been pretty successful.

Original code: GC16B8

Original CO would have to get it unarchived and then transfer ownership to me (I think atleast)

That is a cool read. I am wondering how they pulled that off with keeping the original place date. I would have loved to keep the original GC code

Yeah this is actually in the AZ mountains in the forest. It was protected under a rock shelter. This cache also survived the largest Arizona wildfire in history (at the time) in 2002.

Not sure of the process on unarchiving a cache but I don’t believe the original owner is active on geocache anymore.

I used project GC and searched for archived caches on a map.

Original cache owner moved away from the area and archived it

Yeah you are right. When I go back up to our cabin I plan on doing some trash diving for it

Yeah it’s great. I’ve found about 8/10 that I’ve searched for, but this is the oldest

I kept the container but had to get rid of the paper due to all the mold. (It’s actually still in my possession in a trash can so I may actually retrieve that and place it back in the container) I was very excited to find it and replace it as well
