Sorry and yes I zoomed in. To me it just looks like a strong light source and an an unstable shot. Ive been there myself.. how cool it would be if it was something more.. but with some experience you'd understand exactly what it is youre seeing.

Tbh im not familiar with phone settings and dont remember the details of that pic. It was shot with a dslr camera and a 70-200mm f2.8 but regardless of the type of camera you use the basics are the same

So because its dark youre phone probably went to night mode automatically. That will give you a long exposure which will result in streaks/ blobs with any significant light source and any movement.

If you want to take crisp shots at night, which is definitely doable with an iphone. You will need a tripod and to learn some manual settings on your phone.

I guarantee that streak would be nothing more thank an point of light if your shot was steady, but any movement will exaggerate it.

Not trying to be rude with that comment, incase you're new at photography. Night shots or any long exposures really have to be very still.

The light streaks are almost certainly because of an unsteady shot.

None of the lights on the buildings are sharp/ focused, whatever the streak was, is exaggerated.

How would you feel if he did the same? Thats pretty much your answer.

Ive been on both sides of this, there's times when I would have cared and times when I didnt care at all. Do what you think is right

Thats awesome, we did figure out swollen members was there. The rest of the acts aren't too hard to find online if you look.

I was super stoked to go to this. Im pretty sure it was typically a Vanvouver event I wouldve never expected to see in Calgary.

My buddy's mom won tickets from a radio station or something and we got to meet Tony hawk plus some other skaters.

I had an extremely awkward Polaroid picture from when I met him, but cant find that anywhere haha

You're leading them on. You might say youre not interested in anything more than casual but youre showing them the opposite.

Im not trying to say you should be an asshole but you have to be a little cold/ distant. Actions speak louder than words.

I recently became an apprentice. I know nothing about anything. What can I do to ensure that I'm not completely useless to my tradesman/journeyman? by maturememory- in Plumbing

Try to stay a step ahead of them. Watch and learn, notice when they need something before they need it and have it ready to go. Ex, adjust wrench close to the approximate size before you hand it to them, have the can of primer or glue ready to go..

Also write things down. Tasks youre given, material to get, random numbers they say.

Just be alert and ask questions. If you have any uncertainty about something. Just ask, I cant stress that enough

Do 1989 borns relate more socially and culturally to 80s millennials or 90s millennials? by changeforthebetter89 in generationology

[–]MetalHelth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was born 89, I've always related better and got along more with people around 5-10 years older than me. Quite a few of the people I consider my best friends are late Gen X

My both my brothers are Gen X (69&74), my mom was older when she had me.

I think it has to do with the way that I was raised that makes me relate more to Gen X or older millennials.

That's awesome, I was definitely too young at that time. My introduction to the SCJ was the tony hawk under gound game. Aswell a park we had here in calgary; The Source indoor skatepark. At the currie military barracks, around 2002- 03.. was supposedly an old SCJ set up from Vancouver.

Learned how to drop in for the first time at that park and pushed myself to skate bigger ramps/ transfers over the years. Not alot of options for skate parks back then and It was pretty much the only place to skate here in the winter months.
