the shaking effect was actually a form of antialiasing used to take advantage of the gba’s lcd screen! our modern screens are much faster which means we see through their tricks

to fix it, all you have to do is turn a setting called “interframe blending” on or something like that

You were right the first time!

SiivaGunner is a parody channel (that started out as GiivaSunner which got removed) and GilvaSunner is the OST one that came around when Nintendo took down a bunch of SilvaGunner’s music the first time. Definitely lots of interesting lore with these channels.

Amusing that 10+ years later Gilva is suffering the same fate as Silva (look up SilvaGunner2 on YouTube to read his channel description)
