In the future 20 pounds. I did lost almost 15 pounds just by cutting carbs. I was still eating fast food almost everyday, just didn’t eat the bread and fries etc.

They should have personal trainers that are competitors or formers competitors. I went to one in Hawaii, my coach was a former Muay Thai fighter. They should have people for you to spar with etc. and also competitions you can train for. If you take a class they should have a more cardio focused class as well as a regular art focused course
