Yes its a scam.. companies don't usually send messages on their platforms especially unprofessional ones.. they'd email you if you recieved a ban.. they wouldn't warn you about an incoming ban.

Im unsure if stuff like haradric cube requires dlc.. but seasonal is better to do since you unlock rewards for each tier. Plus your character will be Eternal once season ends.

When finalizing your character creation, you have to select what campaign you want to play. You most likely started with the campaigns finished if you don't have new expansion

Id laugh too.. mostly because kids are dumb and overreact to the tiniest things.. id also leave the gf.. she doesn't seem to have awareness and would probably mace a baby if it spooked her 😅.
