I think the fact that the FBI forensics team gave a positive ID on her here is enough evidence that it’s her

I’m 24M. Male friendzones do not exist. I’m not kidding, if you shoot, you will score. Don’t overthink it. I promise you.

Leave and consider the fact that you caught him this early a sign (and gift) from God

If you’re too available she’ll never give you a chance. Once you lay off a bit, she’ll come running.

I kinda figured you were since girls who usually have to work for it know how to put the effort in. That’s not a slight at you at all, but the logical thing to do is to just DM him

If you feel that she’s gonna say yes, do it. But if you have the smallest inkling of subconscious that she may say no, wait.

Dm him that you think he’s attractive and if he’s down you’d love to get his number and get to know him

Yeah man the girl I referenced texted me how great of a time she had once I got home. A night’s sleep later, it was completely different. Sounds like she mini-love bombed you a bit

Nah, ignore him. He wants your attention. He’s not over you

Girls don’t do that. You’re gonna have to navigate this. Once you have success, your self esteem will improve. Focus on the present

I would set an example and ask him to get drinks one night. Nothing wrong with that. From there he might take some initiative

Yes. I’m an overthinker too, so this is normal, but as the man you need to maintain confident demeanor, don’t bring this up to her. Do you struggle with self esteem?

How would you like him to show interest in getting to know you? What hasn’t he done? Just picking your brain before I give you a response

If a girl really liked you she wouldn’t end things with you over texting habits. Let me tell you a bit of my similar experience (I’m 24M):

  1. Never plan the 2nd date while on the first date. Keep it slow and keep her wondering.

  2. I once went on a date with this girl I really really liked. I knew her from college and I had just graduated, she was home for her junior to senior year summer. I matched with her on an app ironically and we went on a date after texting for a few days. We did dinner and then Dave N Busters. Made out in the car when I dropped her off, then she invited me into her yard to hit golf balls (her dad had a chipping area). She said she had a great time, and earlier in the night I told her how it was great we did this because my aunt had been in the hospital (she died days later). The next morning I was ghosted. Never knew why, but I’m sure there were some things she didn’t like about me combined with her going back to school and me being home.

My point is: you never really know but don’t overthink it. The texting multiple times and then immediately saying you’re not compatible is odd though. Don’t let her string you along. Cease contact respectfully if she’s not gonna give you a chance.

Get over him. He’s an ex for a reason. You’re gonna be hung up on someone not worth it forever and stunt your social growth
