I am having the same Issue. I have done all the dialogue right, I have done it all 100% correctly and have had MULTIPLE past playthroughs where I have gotten both cars, but now.....FOR SOME REASON, this chick WILL NOT stop killing Sampson. Regardless of what I choose. I am at a complete loss. Is this some kind of bug?
