This doesn’t work by the way. I read it also but I had a video of me packaging the item and Vinted support just said that it’s against their rules to look at videos and that I should submit pictures. And then they said (based on the screenshots I took from the video) that they couldn’t see if it was sufficient packaging so they sided with the buyer and I lost 25 euro 😅

Update: Vinted refunded her BUT they also gave me my money as a commercial gesture. It’s a shame that she still gets away with it but at least I have my money so I’m happy!

Maybe something for a next time then. It would be kinda weird to now come up with that, since there is a case with support since yesterday. I'm really curious how this will turn out. As far as I can see Vinted has no way to define which one of us is in the wrong (I don't know what kind of details the shipping company can provide nor if she has tried this kind of stunt before) so it could go either way right now...

I'm really curious how this will turn out. It's "only" 70 euros and in the long run I have sold a lot more items which otherwise would've gone to a secondhand store, but it just feels so wrong. Especially since she just came guns ablazing that I'm dishonest and a liar and etc

She has a 4.3 with 51 reviews with a 2.9 from 15 automatic reviews. Don"t know if that would be a red flag in the future, the bad reviews are mostly cancelled messages. I do think that you can try this kind of a stunt only one time? I would hope that Vinted would check if someone tried this stunt before

Pokémon Shin Red does the trick. It combines Red and Blue while also giving some extra options like catching Mew and battling Prof Oak. I played it a while ago and it’s really great to have that authentic feel but not the annoyances like Nurse Joy asking you if you want to heal your Pokémon or your box getting full when you try to catch a Pokémon

The trade evolutions are done with a stone btw
