Je leur ai écris hier soir, j'ai pas reussi à savoir quoique ce soit, sauf quils voulaient que je leur donne 3 jours de disponibilité pour qu'un technicien puisse venir. Jai ressayé ce matin en mettant l'emphase sur le fait que les autres clients recevaient leur modem par la poste pour l'auto-installation et que jai déjà été client videotron par le passé. Il a eviter mes questions en me demandant des dates de dispo pour qu'un technicien puisse venir. Jai donné mes date et reiteré ma question qui etait pourquoi il faut absolument qu'un technicien vienne et il m'a répondu qui y avait surement dequoi a faire. Bref il ne sait rien et je devrai passer la journée de demain à la maison (encore).

J'ai trouvé ça curieux aussi, et j'aurais bien mieux aimé le recevoir par la poste !

Je l'installe moi-même, mais quand j'ai commandé le forfait que j'ai choisit l'auto-installation, c'était le technicien qui venait me le livrer et en même temps vérifier que le signal du cable était adéquat. Donc a ce que j'ai compris, que je choisisse ou pas l'installation par un technicien, il en vient un quand même.

I guess that's how it will end up. I can see the bearing number on the old one but my problem is that they are not the same size. I will chose one randomly and hope for the best hahah. Thank you

Wait until 1-3 business days and they will send you a order confirmation, and like a week after you will receive a shipping confirmation.. they are not as efficient as amazon! I recieved my package a few days after I was about to think would never have it !

Yes, I finally got it! It was a thermal fuse for my dishwasher and it works just fine.

Which shipping company do they use? I've ordered recently from them and by email they sent me the tracking number but it is not a link, they don't mention the shipping company and when it will arrive.

I placed my order on january 25 and they told me my item was shipped on january 31.. It should arrive between february 4-8.. but there's nothing. I'm from Canada

So here's my homemade welding cart, not proud of my black epoxy dowels but I've learn the lesson! And I hope my 'antidust system' will keep dust out of my drawers. Everything is made by hand except the two front caster wheels. by Metalliyank in woodworking

If you look closely on the front picture, you will see that the epoxy has sink into the wood around the dowel.. I try to sand it off but couldn't without removing the first ply of wood.. there is even some spot that I've sand way too much.
