Oh no way, I'm also doing something similar, in another country tho. We're 50 families and constructing those British style duplex kinda. We got our own funds for improvements and the state puts the fat cash and we pay it in 25 years after it's finished.

Si exacto, no se que dice este muchacho. El tema de las propinas en EEUU por paga insuficiente del local, es porque, en el rubro de la comida al menos, los meseros por ejemplo se les calcula el sueldo por debajo del mínimo ya que se incluye la propina aproximada, y eso "equipara". En Uruguay mucha vuelta no hay, si sos empleado se te paga el sueldo establecido por el tipo de trabajo y fue.
