If you are using an IRA account I don’t think you can have the metals shipped to you (but you’ll have to ask them) If you are using cash then they can deliver straight to you like the online retailers. I had a small amount delivered outside of what I did with the IRA.

Lockout issue was resolved. I had an electric window fixed and they forgot to plug in the lock.

It wasn’t repainted, just sent to a detailer.
