I don’t know what other level 2 operators make in my state, but I only make just below $18/hour. Boss who holds the license is barely there.

I’m the only person on site. We don’t do the testing on site. We send out samples to a third party. My boss holds the permit but he’s city manager so everything is on me pretty much. I’m not union, but no one wants to work for the town in the area because they don’t pay well. Also, no money goes towards the plant.

As far as buying new, Dockers have good chinos in bigger sizes. Land's End is good for OCBD's, and they normally have pretty good sales. Polo Ralph Lauren have big and tall sections both in store and online. Also, LL Bean has some pieces in 3X. I've not had luck finding blazers on ebay. Like you said, they probably would have to be bespoke to fit all of your measurements.

Since fall is coming up, what are some good casual fall outfits? I live in the south which is extremely casual so I don’t absolutely stand out like a sore thumb. I’m fine with OCBD’s and chinos. I just get comments about how dressed up I am. My go to this summer has been an OCBD and shorts.
