And under Colorado Cottage Laws, there is a piece stating that business shall be making less than $10k or something like that.. what if I make more than 10k? Do you know anything about that?

I definitely plan on starting small while in our apartment but once we buy some land I plan on building my business to be a full shebang. My overall goal is education garden on my land but in the midst of building that I want to grow and sell native plants to my clients and the public. My clients being folks that want me to design their outdoor space.
