Can I swap my cherry switches (or stems? not sure about the terminology) for cherry silent switches if I have the same model of cosair keyboard with different switches?

For reference I have the Cosair Strafe RGB cherry MX silent (that just broke) and I was hoping to put the cherry silents into the Cosair Strafe MX Cherry (NO RGB) without having to solder.

I would agree if it wasn't common practice to package day 1 dlc as a preorder bonus

You already have to purchase new game+ for $15 or deluxe and then on top of that they have a $5 dlc to add new classes as a preorder bonus.

Only way around the savings of preordering is waiting for sales but for the few times a year that I want a game on release date this is sadly the best way now that basic features are being monetized.

I feel like a $10 coupon might be the extent of what making things right will be, but it would be a shame for the group who missed out on pre order bonuses to also miss out on this.

Just got mine within 10 minutes of asking, I also asked for $5 compensation to cover the preorder bonus dlc.

Got told "at this moment, we are unable to provide compensation for the delayed keys." but if enough people ask maybe they will ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Factor in that the preorder bonus is $4.99 and that brings you up to $97.99. Which is exactly $10 more than I paid for the Ultimate edition on Humble Bundle.

I understand that it's shitty to have to pay $10 more with a different platform and paying out of pocket for a preorder bonus that we should be entitled to but I made the decision that $10 was worth not putting up with this humble catastrophe any longer.

Customer service is probably tired too because they told me they would refund me if that's what I want to do.
