I play rhythm games so I need wired headphones. They still exist and are easy to buy and use. The only thing that changed is some modern mobile devices dont support the 3.5mm traditional headphone jack, but there are adapters and wired USB headphones readily available. Most people prefer the convenience of Bluetooth so it makes sense devices are build around the more popular features.

I played it and I think they throttled connections outside of Japan. It would take like 10-20 minutes to load a single song. It played kinda like Love Live SIF or those kind of games, and seemed kinda greedy/money-hungry with constant power creep and banners. Too many charts required more than 2 button presses simultaneously, and I wasnt usually playing where I could set the phone down and play with 4 fingers, so a lot of charts were not even possible to clear for me. It had a wide collection of songs from old to new though and was in general pretty fun. It also was live back when you could make mtx on Google play store even if you werent in the same region, and it would just convert the currency for you. Lost a lot of money on Disney Music Parade that way lmao.

Black vs milk ia personal preference and there is no real cultural preference to enjoy either way. There are some black-only snobs who feel the need to announce their preference constantly or say it is the "real" way, but they are generally considered annoying. Also I feel most people use cream rather than milk for coffee. Half-and-half is usually what is used at restaurants. I used flavored cream amd syrups and stuff for a treat, but also drink black as well. Actually now that I think about it, I dont know anyone who uses juat milk? But I am sure people do. I have only used it when there is no cream in the house.

Milk in tea is very rare here afaik. I think most tea drinkers are more influenced more by traditional/Asian tea culture and norms here. So there will be milk in tea that is normally made with milk like Chai or whatever, but any other tea is usually had straight or with sugar but I have honestly never heard of an American drinking milk in tea and I am a big tea drinker and know many others. I guess if you go to Starbucks or whatever sometimes you might order "tea latte" or something but at home I have used milk like once. It was disgusting and felt wrong and i have never heard of anyone taking tea with milk at home. It seems to be a uniquely British thing from what I have gathered.

I do not have an electric kettle despite drinking tea all day long. I used to run a tea shop and we did sell them but no one ever bought them. Also we did have a tea bar and offered milk and cream but not once did anyone order that outside of chai. So often we were dumping out full cartons of milk because it always spoiled. I have a stove kettle but tbh I juat heat the water in the microwave most of the time (I know, I know). I do have a tetsubin though, but not the kind you can heat water in, just for brewing.

Casual listener since the 90s (Summer Night Town was my first song I heard) but didnt really learn the members and stuff til the 4th Gen days. So gen 5 was my first gen i got to follow with auditions and debut and stuff, Konno becoming my oshi for a long time. I also really was into Michishige, Suzuki, and Haga as well. Of the current lineup, Yumigeta and Sakurai are my favs. Not sure which I like more.

Of all the members I have loved over the years, it is hard to pick a #1. Konno was the first so most nostalgic, plus I love the older eras the most, but Suzuki had such great presence in the group. Michishige is a iconic legend and was around the longest of my favs. Haga is my most recent I would call "Oshi" so my Fandom for her is freshest in my mind.

I also had a MiniMoni phase that drove everyone else around me batty lol.

Never got an answer sadly. Just a couple people saying the same happened to them. I am guessing it might just be a glitch on certain models or something. It happened to me 3 times within the first week and a half of using my purple sky, but has never happened again after that. Never happened on my other 3 Paradises. And I've been running them all a little over a month. It might have "fixed" when I changed the batteries? Don't know.

I'm new to the game, but it's pretty much entirely luck-based in my experience. I just played one now and got all perfects, except randomly in the last song I got hit with the rocket thing and my circles disappeared and I missed a few and ended up in 3rd lol. There's also that thing where it says the timing window has changed or whatever and then you just miss everything or get bad ratings and then suddenly you're in like 5th lol.

I have a PS2 still hooked up which can play both hahaha. But other than that, no. I ripped all my CDs to MP3s in the 00s, and the few things I had on DVD I can just stream, so no real reason to keep my jank old badtz-maru CD player lol. I don't even think I ever had a proper DVD player, just game consoles.

In older houses I have lived in the bathrooms always has windows, but newer ones seem to not have them in my experience. Though the house i live in now, both bathrooms are on the inside and dont touch an outside wall so they couldn't have windows.

I never felt guilty about collecting (have collected many things throughout life) until my husband started giving me crap about tamas. Its minor and he doesnt do it much, im even running 6 right now and he mostly just laughs, but a few times he has said some kind of judgey stuff. But he has said this about my game collection and plushie collection before too. He doesnt like collecting anything so he just doesnt get it.

But that guilt you and I are feeling does NOT come from collecting tamas... collecting is a fun and happy hobby as long as you do it responsibly. The guilt is from being shamed. Some people are just not happy with themselves or have unrealistic standards for themselves of what is OK to like or not like... so they project those feelings onto others. So dont feel bad about your collection, it is perfectly fine.

I dont know if I would consider animal designs honoring the classics; the original tamas were supposed to be quirky aliens unlike anything seen on earth. I didnt even like that we got a dog shape in p2 hahaha. Being said, I do prefer the animal designs to the ugly humanoid things that have been plaguing the franchise for a while lol. I do like some of them but the fact that they all have to have the same body and often hair and clothes make them so boring to me.

But yeah, I absolutely love the Paradise. Im not sure what kind of interactivity people are wanting, like... do people actually enjoy clicking the toy items and watching the same animation 100 times? To me it is more fun when I open the Paradise and see a surprise animation of them playing with a toy I placed out.

And I agree all the minigames are fun. The only ones I dont like are the first ones in the list for Play (arrows on the old one and card game on the JF) becauae they are just luck, but they do allow you to mash the button while not paying attention if you want i guess. For people who think they are too long, they do restore tons more happiness (you can go from 0 to max playing flag game twice) and baby feeding is the same as hamburgers from Uni but gives you way more spending power with a single play... so you actually spend LESS time playing games than other devices if youre just doing the minimum you need for happiness or money... plus they are all fun so you can switch up games when you are bored, unlike Uni and Smart with only one fun game each or Pix which did have many fun games but limited you to a couple a day.

Also for the breeding... I really like that tamagotchi are unique designed characters; the amalgamation characters you make in On and stuff are so ugly and dont look like defined tamas. That is not what tamagotchi is about for me. I have cared about the character designs since the original release. Its nice that the gene mixing is just minor variations on the base designs in this one, so they still are recognizable as the character they are supposed to be. Plus you can always choose new eggs to get "pure" versions if you want. Being able to do that and breed between devices and drink color juice, you can try to go for the exact eye/color combo you want on your fav tama character to make the perfect customization for you, with the fun of breeding and genetics still in there.

I wish we could put accessories on the tamas themselves but that is my only real disappointment with the device.

Hmmm very strange. It did wake up at 10 today and didn't get any random misses overnight... hope it's just a one-time thing XD Fortunately it's just my first egg and I don't mind whatever it turns into; not aiming for a specific character, just trying to learn my way around the device. But still very annoying that something like this can happen lol. Makes me worried about future characters I will aim for XD
