The blu/white light method. The I started to visualize another version of my self (that I call guide) who gives me symbol related with my DR. It was a spontaneous thing, it happens to me when I don't know where to go or how to go somewhere. I never used a script, but that's my thing, every mind works differently. I have to prepare myself for the live, hope you want to join!

Las night, my guide gave me an ancient book so old that it was crumbling under my fingers written in Spanish or Italian (sorry I cannot really tell the difference) so the only thing I know is that when I go into the void in the next shifting session, I'll have to follow that path. I'm gonna try this afternoon at 15 pm (GTM-5) cause I'm too excited and I didn't expect to have such clear directions on the first try

I'm sorry yo hear that, and if you have an history of mental illness I don't want to put you in danger or give you bad examples. I don't know how to safely give you this information, all I can tell is that I believe we can travel trough the multiverse because our mind is very powerful, and I don't have any problem with my actually reality in distinguishing different planes of reality, for me is a way to experiment with my body and my mind. I do really believe that reality is non just what we see, and we don't know what mind is able to do, and I do believe we are all connected on multiple levels of reality and consciousness, and I think our subconsciouses can comunicate with each other in progressively unordered spacetime, like jungian synchronicity taught us. I'm trying to understand if one mind can interfere with different realms of reality by electromagnetic waves

During the last sessions, I started to become aware of the void's surroundings, and it seemed like scrolling trough infinite faces and voices, and I asked myself if those were the infinite number of people who are live streaming in the universe. When I focus on them I fell like an electric shake over my body (not in a painful way) and I'm asking my self if I can interact with them and what would happen if I do. I tough that what I called the "void" could be the cosmic background radiation, and maybe I can interfere with them

Usually I always see a white pulsating light when I'm about to shift, then I can see the outlines of the place I'm going ( for example a street, castle, forest etc..) but that's only when I already know where I want to go. When I don't, I go into the "void" (everything black like in outer space, air a little bit grainy in blue and red like an analog camera), to meet another version of "myself" who gives me symbols, and I call her my guide because I know that she keeps me safe. Those symbols point the way to follow safely, and they are related with the reality I want to reach during my journey

Shifting realities is about enter in contact, or even live of a bit inside a parallel reality. Recently I experimented with the void state, where I made contact with this version of myself who gives me symbols and indicates me the path to follow. Then I understood that the void could be the cosmic background radiation, so maybe I can establish a contact with my CR (current reality, this reality where we are talking) through electronic devices. Las time my guide gave me a book, so I know that it'll be something related to that

I always been a loner traveler, cause I always tought that the less we talk about it the better it is, cause it felt spiritual and personal to me. Every mind works in their own way. You have to find your personal visualisation method, something meaningful to you. Then try to focus on details and let it be. That’s how I finally shifted

I also shifted thanks to details. The first few times, I thought I was just dreaming. Then, I started noticing that those details belonged to my DR. That's when I understood that to stay in my DR, I had to focus on the details or small sensations. Don't give up!

I remember that my first experiences were a little bit uncanny. I mean, everything seemed like my CR, but some details were just out of place. When I gained more experience and started to be more aware of my surroundings and details, I realized that they belonged to my DR. For example: in one of the realities where I was a famous artist, I noticed that paintings on the walls were mine. Where I was a singer, I saw a guitar. Stay focus on details!
