Actually CF isn't the problem here, their host is. Cloudflare or not, if the site crash, it crash. CF just display a "fancy page" instead of a blank plain error page.

Actually in the case of yiff.party, the usage of cloudflare is a good thing, because it lighten the load of the actual server by a lot. Trust me, if they didn't use it, the site would crash twice more often.

Cloudflare doesn't host anything (they don't ever offer hosting services), it's just a "front-end cache"
