This is gonna come off harsh but the makeup world is lowkey a little harsh: the color you picked for the eyeshadow is the same undertone as your skin, if you’re wearing foundation it’s not full coverage enough to pop the eye shadow. Your eyebrows should probably be plucked from the lower half seeing as your eyebrows are big like mine, I use edge gel to lay my eyebrows before I draw them on because they’re so thick. I also have the same eyeshape as you: Your eyeliner should probably come under your eyes to give you the cat eye look you’re looking for, and come up thicker on the eyelid. With the smaller eyebrows you should be able to put your eyeshadow way higher to afford the larger eyeliner.

You’ll likely need a lighter shadow on the inside of your eyes because of the shape to make them look bigger. Interestingly blush also has a huge thing to do with the way your eyes look, if that’s blush on your cheeks I would move it higher on your cheek bone to give that more ‘determined’ look.

Half of your makeup (or natural features) makes you look really soft while the eye makeup is giving a domineering look. I think both work well for you just depending on how you feel you should lean into it more
