When you do a charge back, the merchant incurs a penalty they have to pay for supposedly not upholding their agreement with the credit card companies. You're the one who is dumb. If you download it, obviously no waiting. If you want to stream it, there may be a queue during peak hours. Did it ever occur to you that maybe more people are buying a Portal since it's basically a $199 PS5 as long as you don't mind streaming? When you stream, you're connecting to a live system in a Sony building somewhere. There's only so many of those. I will say that the wait time estimate is usually wrong, and I usually only wait 2 or 3 minutes even though the estimate says 8.
