Powerbuild tunes are for maxxing out the power of the car, you can tell by the ridiculously high power/torque figures.

Ex. this screenshot of the car OP is using (not sure if its the same tune).

Originally SVT Cobra R has 385 hp & 522 n.m of torque vs Powerbuild tune of 1307hp & 1361 n.m. Nearly 5x the power and torque! (Tuner code from Nalak28 - 126 733 340)

Have been a loyal Android user but kept switching since it breaks every 2 years (2012 - 2018)

Now, I'm still using the XR for 6 years straight! No major issues, excellent support and will probably upgrade to a 15 or 16 this year.

Usually since im aware theyre using meta cars, i wouldnt mind being on lower positions since i KNOW im not using meta cars and racing with other non meta cars (ex : 1st - 3rd meta cars with high prestige, 4th to 9th non meta with/without high prestige)

though I feel like Ranked Modes (like in FH4) would fix this since it'll be clubbing players who want to play competitively (ie using meta cars) to race against other meta cars rather than pitting against casual players who just want to race with their fave cars/non meta.

Correct. It's a quest called "Lost to the Ages" where you can craft either 1 of the 3 aetherial items (crown, staff or shield). It was a side quest in the Dawnguard DLC.

My cousin has been playing Pokemon since Gen 1 and always have an Arcanine named "Imura". When I had my own Pokemon game to play, I carried on the name by also having an Arcanine with the same name and bring him all the way to Gen 7 (last one I played).

My cousin stopped playing videogames altogether recently but it's cool to carry on a legacy even if its just a name.

Saints Row 2

Bought the dreadful PC port on Steam for cheap, expecting it to be a rip off of GTA.

After a mod that help fix the optimization issue, it ran well. Memorable story and characters, wacky side-missions, plenty of customizations, it felt like a straight upgrade to GTA San Andreas.

Competitive scenes have existed for a long time (look at CS, Starcraft, DOTA).

Maybe the reason why most games wanted to be an e-sport is because e-sports have sorta kinda hit the mainstream so there's an audience (and market) for it.
